Working with Lists |

To open a Client List, from the main Rosemark Scheduling System™ screen, click on the Clients menu and choose one of the Client List options. Client List – All gives you the list of all Clients, regardless of their current status. Each of the other choices gives you a Client List already filtered to show only Clients with that particular status. For our example here, we’ll choose Client List – Active to get a list of all Clients who have an Active Service as of today. This is perhaps the most commonly used in day-to-day work. This figure shows a Client List with only the Active Clients included. Note the label at the top, which displays what the group is (Active) and how many of them there are (20). Click on the one you want in the list, and her Client form will appear below. The Client form gives access to all of the Client’s information. When first opened, the Client form displays the Summary tab, which prominently features the Client’s list of Services. In the case where you have a Client with multiple Services, the list of Services can be sorted by Number, Type and Times. Do this by clicking on the corresponding column heading. To see more about the Client Form, go to Client Inquiry Process. To see more about the Caregiver Form, go to Adding a Caregiver.
To open a particular Service, you may either double-click on the one you want, or select it and click on the View button. To go directly to the Service Planner, select the Service in the list, then click on the Plan button. If there is only one Service for this Client, the View and Plan buttons will take you right there, without the need to select it first. |
