If you are away from any computer with Rosemark installed and you need to access information about your Clients & Caregivers, you can make use of Rosemark's web extensions to give you even more flexibility. Any web-enabled device can be used to retrieve basic Client & Caregiver information (including their schedules). This includes Mac or Linux machines, web appliances, even cellphones!

Mobile Phone Access

Any device that can surf the web can view the Rosemark Web Access information. On very small screens, like cell phones, there will be limitations as to what can be seen at one time, so you may find that you'll need to scroll to see the information you need. Over time, we will be adding more reports and features that are geared toward small screens, as it is becoming much more common to access the Web via phones and palm-sized computers.

Caregiver Web Access

You have the option of allowing your Caregivers online access to check their own schedules. Once you give them a username & password, they will be able to check their own schedule from any web browser or web-enabled cellphone. This potentially eliminates the need for you to print out and send them their schedule on a regular basis. You can simply send them a link and instructions and they will be able to check it any time.

Client Web Access

You also have the option of allowing your Clients and their families online access to check their own schedules. Once you give them a username & password, they will be able to check their own schedule from any web browser or web-enabled cellphone. Job Applicant Web Access

Rosemark can help you with the hiring process by providing a configurable online job application through the Rosemark web portal. Once you've enabled and configured the job application you can distribute a user name and password that potential employees can use to log into the Rosemark web portal and fill out the application form. When the applicant completes and submits the application form, they are automatically put into Rosemark as a caregiver with a status of 'applicant', making it easy to go over all the information they provided and to start scheduling them if you do end up hiring them.

Customization

You can have your company logo and a link back to your agency website included on the web login by having Shoshana Technologies customize your Web App. This can make it very clear to Caregivers or Clients logging in that they are in the right place. By embedding the link on your own website, you can make their experience seemless and simple.
