Unverified Shifts Report |

|
To gauge progress on the Verification process and ensure that none are overlooked, you can use the Unverified Shifts Report, which you can access from the main screen, Reports menu. The onscreen portion of the report, which allows you to choose the week you want to report on, also shows you some useful information directly. The Unverified Shifts button takes you to a list of all the Unverified Shifts for the range you've chosen. This is especially useful for working with those Shifts, as you can verify them or get directly to each one's Planner from this list. To find out more about the Verification process itself, see the section Verified Complete.
Figure 145: Unverified Shifts report, week selection and summary The top part of this form is laid out just as the forms for picking the week for other reports, and is probably quite familiar to you by now. What’s unique here is the summary report information shown below “The Week of:” display. The information is arranged in the form of a table, with rows Caregivers, Shifts and Hours and columns Assigned, Verified and Unverified. For each row, if you add up the Unverified and Verified numbers, you get the Assigned number. As you work through the Verification process, the numbers in the Verified column will go up, and the numbers in the Unverified column will go down. When you have completed the Verification process, the numbers in the Unverified column (ideally) will all be zero. The following table explains the meaning of each of these numbers.
The printout itself (or the preview) is essentially the same as a Caregiver Planner report, but it only includes those Caregivers that still have Shifts for the selected week that have not been Verified Complete (in other words, Shifts with a status of Assigned). A sample of that printout is shown in Unverified Shifts Report. |
