Logging into the Demo Database

You always have the option of logging into the Demo database. This is an example database, populated with fictitious data, which you can use to explore the system without altering your working data at all. This is handy if you want to try out a procedure, or train a new staff member, or if you just want to play! This is also helpful if you want to “show off” the system to friends or colleagues outside of your office; it can be installed on any computer with Windows and an Internet connection and run on the Demo database, free of charge.

To log into the Demo database, simply click on the Demo button. You can then play freely with the fully-functional Scheduling System, populated with example data.

Demo Web Access

You can also explore the demo data using the web access feature, using any browser or web-enabled device (like a cellphone or PDA). See the Demo Web Access section for details on getting into that.
