Text Expander

If you type enough that you cannot see everything in the box, it’s handy to click on the Text Expander button. This opens up a separate window that allows you to work on the text in a much larger space. Note that this is exactly like editing the text in the regular Comment field: as you change the text here, it changes in the regular Comment field. The Text Expander applies to the Needs field as well.

This Text Expander window can be re-sized to be as big as you want for comfortable editing. To change the size, move the mouse pointer over the edge of the window, until it changes into a double-sided arrow. Then press and hold the left mouse button. As you move the mouse around, the size of the window will change along with the movement of the mouse. When it is the right size, release the mouse button.

Alternatively, you can click on the Maximize icon in the top right corner of the window. This will make the Text Expander window fill the whole screen. This is especially handy when you need to type a lot of text, and want to be able to see the whole thing.

Once you have completed the changes you’re making to the text, you can choose either to Apply the changes or Revert to what had previously been saved in the Comment field.
