Telephony Events Lists

You can manage your Logins and Logouts by opening the Telephony Events list (from the Office menu). This list can be sorted and filtered in a number of ways to help you track and manage the Logins and Logouts. You can use this list to see who has logged in and logged out during any given period. You can also use it as part of the process of addressing any situations where Shifts were not automatically verified, or where spurious Logins and Logouts need to be cleaned up.
