Telephony Event Statuses

Telephony Events can have 4 different statuses, described below:

 

Linked: Indicates that the Login or Logout is associated (linked) to a corresponding Shift.
Loose: The Login or Logout has not yet been associated (linked) to a Shift.
Invalid: Some necessary components are missing, making it un-linkable. Commonly, this can be caused by an incorrect Caregiver or Client Number.
Ignored: Indicates that the Telephony Event is spurious and should not be included when trying to link Shifts.
