Telephony Events can have 4 different statuses, described below:
| Linked: | Indicates that the Login or Logout is associated (linked) to a corresponding Shift. |
| Loose: | The Login or Logout has not yet been associated (linked) to a Shift. |
| Invalid: | Some necessary components are missing, making it un-linkable. Commonly, this can be caused by an incorrect Caregiver or Client Number. |
| Ignored: | Indicates that the Telephony Event is spurious and should not be included when trying to link Shifts. |
