Summary |

The Summary tab is typically the one selected when you first open a Client form. This tab shows the Client’s current Status, a list of the Client’s Services, View, Planner, Times and Care Plan buttons to access those Services and a button that lets you add a Service to the list. It also contains a general Comment field for free text entry, and buttons for adding and viewing the Client’s Pending Actions and Completed Actions. Some users prefer to take notes in one place while on the phone, then transfer the information to the appropriate fields later. The Comment field can be used for taking free text notes. You can type as much as you want in this field. If you are including a large amount of text, you might want to explore using the Text Expander button.
