Subsequent Synchronization

Previous   Top Next

You can see the last time Employees were synchronized in the QuickBooks Connection window. During subsequent synchronization, Rosemark will check to see if the data has changed in either place. If it has changed in one place, it will apply those changes to the other. If it has changed in both places, then either non-blank or the Rosemark data will take precedence.

The only place where this is not the case is where QuickBooks does not allow Rosemark to change data. Examples of this include the SSN and Hire Date. See Working with QuickBooks limitations for more detail on these issues.
