Setting up and adjusting the Schedule |
Setting up the schedule for a Service means defining the Shifts that the Client needs. To do this, you tell the Scheduling System when Service starts, what days during the week and what hours during those days. There are two different ways to define or change the schedule for a Service:
Time Patterns describe the start, end and duration of each of the Shifts on a given week. If the schedule does not change, this same Time Pattern will remain in effect from one week to the next, to the next, and so on, until the pattern changes. Rosemark ensures that the Time Patterns in the Times for Service form are absolutely accurate. Once you begin to work with the Shifts on a Planner (by Assigning, Canceling, etc.), Rosemark will then continue to automatically adjust those patterns to match the reality of what you have scheduled. |
