Setting the Referrer for a Client

Previous   Top Next

You can include two Referral Sources for each Client. It's not uncommon that a person heard of you from more than one place (e.g. Yellow Pages and a friend), so it's a good idea to ask twice! By tracking who the primary and secondary Referral Sources are, you can start to gain valuable insights into where to focus your marketing efforts.

To put in a Referral Source, click on the button (if it's blank) or on the drop-down arrow to the right of the button. This will allow you to find the referrer if they are already entered in Rosemark, or let you add a new referrer. If you simply want to remove a Referral Source, simply click on the X to the right of the drop-down arrow.

Tip: if they are not already in the system, just type their whole name (e.g. "John Smith") and hit enter. Rosemark will fill in the name fields from what you type to get you started.

Once you have put in the Referral Source, you can get to their Referrer form by clicking on the button with their name.
