Schedule Change (Ongoing)

Setup: A Client has service Monday and Friday, from 10:00am until 1:00pm. Starting this week, she would like to add a Wednesday Shift.

Procedure: Open the Times for Service form. Click on the date where you want to start the change. If that date is not there, select the existing pattern, click  Add a Copy and choose the date the new schedule takes effect.

The pattern will look like this: "10a - 1p Mon Fri". Edit that pattern by adding a "w" at the end. When you hit the Apply button, the new pattern will look like this: "10a - 1p Mon Wed Fri". If the new pattern you put in conflicts with already scheduled Shifts, Rosemark will present you with a list of those Shifts and ask you whether you'd like to go ahead with the change. If you say yes, you can take care of the Shifts that are in conflict next.
