Reports

The Scheduling System offers a variety of reports that allow you to view and print summary information. Want to find out how many hours each Caregiver is scheduled this week? Open a Caregiver Planners report. Need to see how many Open Shifts remain in this week’s schedule? Open an Open Shifts report. Doing billing and need to find out how many hours were worked on each Service last month? Look at the Hours by Service report.

In most cases, you can both view the report on-screen and print it out. Here we’ll go through the available reports, see how to access them and see what they contain.

While some reports are available on individual forms (like printing an individual Service Planner), most can be accessed from the Reports menu:
