Pending and Completed Actions

Keeping track of all of the contacts you have with Clients, Caregivers, Referrers, etc. is a big job. You have to be sure that Home Visits are scheduled and completed, that follow-up calls are made, that no issues fall through the cracks. Failure to do so can alienate Clients and their families, frustrate Caregivers and possibly even leave you out of compliance with government regulations. To help you with this, Rosemark lets you set reminders and keep a record of them after they are complete. You can even send any Action as an email directly from Rosemark.

In Rosemark, an Action is a screen form that is used to record or remind you of anything that needs to be handled, from follow-up phone calls to home visits to paperwork requirements. A Pending Action is one that has not yet been done; a Completed Action is one that has already occurred or been resolved. You can at any time change the status of an Action from Pending to Complete and back again, simply by clicking on the Completed check-box.
