This section provides an easy way to find out what has changed since the last time you updated the Scheduling System. The Build Number and Date let you know exactly what version you have and when it became available. You can check this in your currently installed Scheduling System by clicking on Help>>About. The Feature Description gives a very brief summary of the new item, and is an active link. Clicking on the description will you to the relevant section within the User’s Guide (when applicable). Note that the most recent additions are at the top of the list. To check what version of the Rosemark Scheduling System™ you are currently running, click on the Help menu and choose About. Eliminated adding Inactive caregivers onto the Planner when doing Add Possibly Available. Adjusted the Visiting Angels Lead Import to handle the new format. Added the option to use old-style text entry boxes rather than the calendar date selectors. This is an overall global setting. Added the ability to select an arbitrary range of days (mostly within the month) for Client & Caregiver Calendar reports. v1293 April 1, 2011 Added the option of uploading Caregiver photos which show up right on the Caregiver's main profile page. v1282 January 14, 2011 Simplified the process of deleting no-name Clients, Caregivers, Customers and Referrers. If the person is empty (no fields are filled in), you can delete it directly rather than having to delete role, delete contact. Added to Export List to Spreadsheet to the Client, Caregiver and Referrer Lists, so you can export, for example, only currently Active Clients. Added functionality to the Web App to allow assigning caregivers lacking some criteria. The Find Available on an open shift initially shows those fully available. Three checkBoxes for availability, skills and serviceType can be cleared to widen the search. Caregivers lacking something have Assign Anyway button which confirms with the missing criteria before assigning. v1274 December 19, 2010 Staff scheduling on the Web App. This extends the staff version of the Rosemark Web App to allow canceling, unassigning and filling shifts from your smartphone, tablet or other web-enabled devices. Made changes to the Skills/Care Plan preference function, making it less likely that you'll accidentally require a skill for assignment when you really just wanted to add a Care Plan item. v1266 December 2, 2010 Added 'Retirement Community' and 'Apartment Complex' to Referrer Types. Improved the responsiveness of entering dates wherever they are used. Also added the option of using drop down calendars to set dates. You can add Persons to a Referrer Company directly from the Company. The Referrer list now shows grid lines to make it easier to read.
We have begun adding hover help to buttons to make it easier to understand your options. Buttons for Actions and Referrers are the first to have the new hover help. Rosemark now refers to the underlying entities beneath both Persons and Companies as Contacts, in keeping with the common usage of the term in many other database programs (like Outlook and ACT!, for example) v1131 January 22, 2010 Rosemark now includes PayChoice as a payroll export option. A number of minor changes have been made to the Telephony Event Link screen, making it easier to choose the right Login or Logout for a Shift: Display the difference between shift start/end and the Change To time (initially set from login/logout time). If the difference is an hour or more, it becomes bold. Disable the "Change To" time when a shift that's already Verified Complete is selected.
