Last Minute Shift Addition (One-time)

Setup: A Client normally has service Monday and Wednesday; he calls in the morning on Friday and wants someone to come out this afternoon (2:00pm-4:00pm), just this one time.

Procedure: Open the Service Planner for this week; right-click on the Service Summary Line, between the middle “tick” mark and its smaller neighbor to the right; select the 2 hour Shift (be sure it starts at 2:00p; if not, you can try again, or select Other, or simply edit the times after the Shift has been added). A new Open Shift will appear, ready to schedule.
