Finally, the Inquiry tab. This contains information that pertains to the Client’s business details and the Client’s relationship with you, the providers of their care. Notice the Client Number field: this number is for unique identification of the Client. This number shows up next to the name, next to the Client’s name. If you use a telephony service, this is where you put the unique Client ID number that the Caregivers use to identify what job they are on. Referral Source Most of the fields on the Inquiry tab are text fields. The exception to that is the two Referral Source fields. These allow you to specify who referred the Client to you for care. Referral sources might include existing Clients, healthcare providers (hospitals, doctors, etc.), case managers, senior care professionals, clergy, attorneys, etc. This can be a very important source of new Clients, so Rosemark provides tools for you to manage these relationships. For more information about this process, see the Referral Sources section.
Figure 14: Client form, with the Inquiry tab selected To add a Referral source, just click on one of the Referral Source buttons. This will bring up a finder, so you can find an existing contact or add a new one. If you make a mistake and want to remove one, just click on the X to the right of the button, or you can hit the Revert button if you haven't yet applied the changes. |
