The Help menu offers quick access to links and information about the Scheduling System.

You can see screenshots, watch movies and read all about it. Forum The Forum is a place that lets you see what other Rosemark users have to say, trade ideas with them and the support staff at Shoshana Technologies, get help and offer your opinions. Have other ideas about helpful additions? This is the place to let us know about them! You can view the Forum without registering, but if you want to create new posts or respond to others, you'll need to take a moment to register. It only takes a minute or so to register, which allows you to post comments. User's Guide Click on User’s Guide to get to the online user’s manual (which you may be reading at this very moment!). The User's Guide is updated right along with the system, so it always includes the latest features. Click on the book icons in the Table of Contents to expand a section, or use the search function to lookup particular things you're interested in. In most cases, we can help you just by logging in to your database and walking you through any procedure you need help with. In some cases, though, you may need more extensive help. In those cases, we can use the Shoshana Remote Support tool. This allows a support technician to login to your computer and see your desktop directly. Once you run this tool, you give the support person the id number which gives them one-time access to your computer. This can only be done with your permission, and you can deny access at any point during the session.
Updating Rosemark To make sure that you have the most recent version of Rosemark, click on Get Update. This will close Rosemark and lead you through the process of downloading and installing the latest version. About Click on About to find version number and copyright information. This includes our telephone and e-mail contact information. Hover Help Many buttons in Rosemark have hover help to guide you in understanding their use. Just put your mouse over a button and wait a moment. If there is hover help for that button, it will pop up with a brief explanation. See it in action. Call Us!
