Firewall Issues

Previous   Top Next

Computers on the Internet are often protected by a firewall. This is a device (either software or hardware) that attempts to keep outsiders from “hacking” into your computer; it also attempts to keep malicious software on your computer (viruses and spyware) from using your computer to create mischief.

If your computer is running its own firewall, it may ask you if it should trust the Rosemark Scheduling System™ and allow it to reach the Internet. Be sure you tell it to always allow it this access, or you may find that it blocks you from using the Scheduling System. If this happens by accident, you must either turn off your firewall or tell it that the Scheduling System is a trusted application. If you arent sure how to do this, either call the company that provided your firewall or call us at Shoshana Technologies 734-662-3537.
