The Emergency tab has information that is critical to get to quickly in an emergent situation, including Responsible Party, Living Will and Do Not Resuscitate preferences, physicians, and other emergency contacts, and hospital preference.

Responsible Party can be used to indicate the primary person (other than the Client herself) who has responsibility for the Client's affairs, the "go-to" person when you need to discuss the Client's care needs. The Relationship field helps you know at a glance how this person is related to the Client.
To set the Living Will and Do Not Resuscitate preferences, you have 3 choices: Yes, No and blank. You can set these either using the keyboard or the mouse. With the mouse, simply click on the one you want to change; for example, if “No” is selected, clicking on No will make it blank; clicking on Yes will change it to Yes, etc. To use the keyboard, you can use Y for Yes, N for No and Spacebar or Delete for blank. Note that the field in question must “have focus” in order to respond to these keyboard commands. You can tell that a multiple-choice field has focus by the dotted line around it, just inside its border.
