Many users prefer to take notes in one place while they are on the phone, and then move the information to the appropriate places later. For example, you might get the Caller and Clients names, addresses and telephone numbers, then copy and paste them into the correct fields on the Info and Inquiry tabs after youre done with the call.

To copy text, select what you want to copy, right-click on the text you have selected and choose Copy. Then move to where you want the text to appear, right-click on that field, and choose Paste. Another choice youll see in the menu (when text is selected) is Cut. This is the same as copy, only it deletes the text as it copies it. This is handy when you dont want the text in both places, but really just want to move it to a new location.

Alternatively, you could select the text, hold the ctrl key down, and press the C key. This is a keyboard shortcut for copying. Similarly, ctrl-X will Cut the selected text, and ctrl-V will paste the selected text.
