Creative Use of Skills Matching

Previous   Top Next

The Skills Matching component can be used for many different parameters besides basic caregiving skills. Here are some ideas you can use to get you started:

Location Matching

If you cover a wide geographic area, it may be important to indicate what region a Caregiver can cover. By adding these "regions" to the list of Skills, you can indicate which region a Client is in and find Caregivers who are nearby.

Lifestyle Preferences

A non-smoking Client could require a non-smoking Caregiver.

A Client with a cat allergy could require a Caregiver without cats.

Personal Interests

A Client who is difficult to please might be won over by Caregivers who share an interest in a hobby.

A Client who is strongly religious might do better with a Caregiver who shares her beliefs.
