Referrers who are Companies (organizations like hospitals, care facilities, senior organizations, etc.) can have any number of persons within them.
You can make any Referrer a company by going to the Info tab and checking the Is Company box and hitting Apply. Of course, if you added the Referrer as a Company in the first place, this would already be set.

In the Referrer List, you can tell whether a Referrer is a Company or Person very quickly by looking at the icon on the far left.

Adding Persons to Companies
A Person can "belong" to a Company. A Company can have as many Persons associated with them as you like. You can keep track of contacts with the individuals as well as with the Company itself. Once a person is connected to a Company, their name will show that affiliation whenever you see them in a list; the Company name will be in parentheses next to their name.
There are two ways to add a Person to a Company.
1) From the Person.
On the Person's Info tab, click on the Company button to bring up a Finder. In the Finder, type in the Company's name to make them this Person's Company.
2) From the Company.
On the Company's Persons tab, click the Add button to add an existing person to the Company. Click on Add New to add a brand new Person to the Company's list of Persons.
