You have two choices: Full and Employee Handout. The Full Client Report prints out the detailed information from all the tabs on the Client form. This includes the Summary, Info, Condition, Emergency and Inquiry tabs. This is handy for keeping a hard copy of the Clients information on hand.

The second choice, Employee Handout, includes a subset of the information, appropriate for handing out to a Caregiver who will be visiting that Client. It includes only the information on the Info and Condition tabs.

Client Month Calendar

You can print or preview a calendar view of a Client, showing all the activity that Client has for the selected month. This is handy for letting your Client know exactly what Caregivers are scheduled for the entire month, across all Services.

You can print Client Month Calendars for all Clients from the Reports menu, Client Calendars. To access this report from an individual Client, click on the File menu, and select Print Month Calendar…. A month selector window will come up, allowing you to pick the month and see a few statistics before printing or previewing. A sample Client Month Calendar can be seen in the Sample Reports section, Client Month Calendar. Note that, when a Client has more than one type of Service during a month, the Service Type code will be displayed along with each Shift.

Date Selection Options

By default, when you print a Month Calendar Report, it includes all of the Assigned, Verified and Open Shifts that actually happen during that month. There is some flexibility for including more or less than exactly all the dates in the month. You may want to include the full weeks that touch the month, filling out the partial week at the beginning and end. Or you may want to include some smaller range of dates within the month.

Including the Full Week

If you want to include the schedule information for the full week at the beginning and the full week at the end of the month, you can check the Show Full Weeks check box. That way, you will see the whole week's schedule for all the days visible, not just those that are within the actual month you've selected.

Custom-select Dates

Within the month shown, you can select a subsection by clicking on the first date and dragging to the last date you want. You can do the same thing in reverse, starting on the last date and dragging backwards. This will limit the shifts displayed to that range of dates.

In general, this is intended to select within the month, but it is possible to select across two months. To do this, click on the last date you want and drag backwards to the earliest date displayed (often it will be the end of the previous month). Then click on the left arrow to show the previous month. Then hold the shift key down and click on the first date that you want to include. Note that this will identify the month as being the month it started on. For example, a calendar report that spans April & May will have a label that just says "April".
