Changing Filters

Once you have a Client List open, you can change the filter options at any time from the View menu. This lets you filter the list to include only those Clients with the Status or Statuses you choose. For example, you might generally only want to see the Active Clients when you are scheduling, but include the Inactive Clients when you are scheduling ahead, if you know that one or more is due to become Active again.

To change which groups are included, just click on that Status in the menu to toggle it on or off. Note that you dont have to wait until the Client List is fully redisplayed before toggling another filter item; just go right back to the menu and select items until you have the group or combination of groups that you would like to see.
