From the top-level defaults down to the individual Shift, Rosemark provides a number of ways to control the rates that you charge Customers for shifts (Bill Rates) and the rates that you pay Caregivers for shifts (Pay Rates). In general, rates follow a hierarchy of control, with rates set at higher levels flowing down all the way to the Shift level, unless they are explicitly overridden at any lower level.
